Reliable, portable EDS oxygen pulse demand system for one person. The operating modes are optimized for an intuitive setting. Auto power off after three hours without breathing for power saving.

The EDS system reduces the consumption of oxygen up to 90 % (compared to conventional constant-flow systems). With constant-flow and lung-regulator systems only about 25% - 30% of the oxygen taken in enter into the blood. Surveys show that only the oxygen breathed in at the beginning of a breath is able to supply the human body effectively. The EDS system detects the beginning of each new breath and emits the correct amount of oxygen, calculated according to the specific pressure altitude. About 100 h operating time with two AA batteries (AA), dimensions: 13 x 8 x 2 cm.

Package includes: EDS Mod. O2D1-2G, nose canula (for up to 18.000 ft, in compliance with FAR 23.1447), breathing mask for higher altitudes, two AA batteries. Supplied without pressure regulator.
