The TM 350 can be integrated in an ADS-B in/out system with extended squitter-capable transponders. When connected to f.u.n.k.e. transponders TRT 800 H/A even with fully automatic configuration.
Mode S transponder signals without extended squitter and mode A/C do not allow to detect the position of other traffic, but only a distance. A FLARM beacon is already included in the standard version of the TM 350. In this version, the TM 350 only determines the signal strength of FLARM transmitters and shows approaching traffic without position information. Optionally, the TM 350 can be equipped with a full FLARM receiver. With this option the unit will receive the position of FLARM targets.
External connections: D-SUB DE-15P, USB type C. Interfaces 4 x RS232, optional ARINC429, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n (two parallel connections), USB 2.0. Dimensions 35 x 65 x 115 mm, weight 250 g, voltage 11 - 30 VDC. Scope of delivery: TM 350 with mounting plate. Antennas and cables need to be purchased separately.
